Nadia Berri is a Swiss mixed-media artist and artist educator based in London. She teaches and leads courses and workshops at institutions such as Tate, Bow Arts, Frieze, the Royal College of Art, Bath School of Art and Design and Parasol Unit. Before dedicating her time to her own artistic practice and teaching, she has worked in the contemporary commercial art world for over ten years. Over the past decade Nadia has curated and participated in a variety of exhibitions and projects in the UK and abroad. She is the instigator of HOUSERULES – a platform for spontaneous artistic experimentation in a nomadic state and käfig - unscripted sculptural plays that evolve using chance methods and material improvisations.
As part of her practice based research, in 2021, Nadia will be doing an artist residency at Springfield University Hospital, London, working with OCD and BDD patients.
